This is in three parts. The clip portion (to the left of the chalk) clips over your waistband or belt. The cube of chalk is pushed in to a plastic grip which attaches to the clip by magnetism. Then the third piece, on the right, is a cover for the chalk that you can use in between matches. Supplied without chalk.

This looks the part so much more than leaving your chalk on the cushion rail, or relying on the variable quality (and even existence!) of club chalk.
