Standard shipping to the uk is free, except for expensive items, such as sets of bowls or expensive snooker cues, where we insist that the order is shipped fully insured (Special Delivery or courier). Our standard shipping is not a tracked service, nor is it guaranteed, but goods will usually arrive in 1 - 3 working days.
For a small premium we offer the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service, which is not guaranteed, but our experience is that it arrives next day for 98% or more orders. This is not a signature service, but you need to tell us a 'safe place' to leave the package if it would be too big to go through a letterbox. If you don't tell us a 'safe place', the package is too big and you are out, they will leave a card. As the name implies, this is a tracked service.
Our best service is Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a tracked service, guaranteed to arrive before 1pm on the next working day (items shipped on Friday arrive on Monday). We need to have your order, with cleared payment (card or Paypal) before 2pm. If your order is too heavy for Special Delivery (over 2kg), we will send it by 2-3 working day courier service. Special Delivery and courier shipments need a signature on arrival.
